Focussed Comprehensive Audits
MyQA’s Focussed Comprehensive Audits deliver a robust, methodical evaluation of specific key area's. We combine qualitative and quantitative evidence to test compliance, effectiveness, and consistency across selected domains such as care delivery, safeguarding, medication, or nutrition. The result is a comprehensive, actionable audit report that supports continuous improvement and strengthens readiness for inspection.
Mock CQC inspections
Mock inspections to support providers to ensure CQC readiness. Mock inspections are usually carried out over 2-3 days depending on the size of the service and comprise of documentation, risk management, policy & procedure reviews, observations and feedback to establish the homes predicted rating in a CQC inspection. Once the inspection is complete you will receive a full report of the findings and recommendations along with your overall rating.

Medication Optimisation Review (standard)
MOST POPULAR- Medication reviews (standard) will include stock counts and MAR audit of 10% occupancy, Evaluation of staff practices, controlled drug management and safe custody regulations, documentation and record keeping. This is a one day on site service with a full report of findings and recommendations with 48 hours.
Medication Optimisation Review (advanced)
- The Medication Optimisation review (advanced) includes a full stock count and MAR audit of 100% occupancy. This service includes a full Evaluation of staff practices, procedures, controlled drugs and safe custody regulation, Homely remedies and self care medication, documentation and record keeping.
- The starting price for this service £450 up to 30 beds and an additional £1 per bed above 30.
Health & Safety Audit
- Our Health and Safety Audit is tailored for care homes to ensure compliance with CQC's Regulation 12 (safe care and treatment) Regulation 15 (premises and equipment). We look at key performance area's including, but not limited to, Governance & documentation; Fire safety; Infection control; Equipment safety; Resident safety and Safeguarding. This is a 1-2 day onsite review starting at £450 up to 30 beds and an additional £1 per bed above 30
Mock inspection (Focussed)
MOST POPULAR- The focussed Mock inspection will focus on a specific Key Line of Enquiry of your choosing. This is a CQC styled inspection with a thorough review of your homes compliance in this area. These are 1-2 day onsite inspections with a handover of findings on the day and a full written report with recommendations within 72 hours. The base price for this is for one area of focus, if you would like us to inspect under multiple KLOE's this will incur additional charges of £150 per additional KLOE. Please request a quote
Mock Inspection (Full)
- The Mock inspection (full) will cover all area's under CQC's Key Lines of Enquiry (KLoE's). Inspections can also be completed in the style of CQC's Single Assessment Framework if preferred. This a CQC styled inspection with a thorough review of your homes compliance in all area's. Inspector will attempt to obtain feedback from visitors & professionals, conduct observations similar to CQC's SOFI framework and review documentation to assess compliance. This are 2-3 day onsite inspections with a handover of findings on the day and a full written report with recommendations within 72 hours. The base price for this is detailed above up to 30 beds and an additional £1 per bed above 30
Tailored hands on support
MOST POPULAR- For hands on tailored support the day rate is £280. This would cover standard support such as creating documents, support with care planning, or general oversight of specific key performance areas within our remit. Tasks with additional risk/responsibility may incur additional charges which would be agreed upon prior to commencement of this service.
